Bean soup

ingredient:

  • 500 g of boiled or canned chickpeas;
  • 40 g of spinach;
  • 200 ml coconut milk;
  • 1 tea. spoon of salt;
  • 1/2 tea. a spoonful of cumin;
  • 1 tea. a spoonful of turmeric;
  • 2 teaspoons. spoon of oil;
  • 1/2 tea. spoon of black pepper;
  • 700 ml of water.

Make:

1. Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the chopped onion with the chopped garlic for about 5 minutes.

2. Add the beans to the fried onions and fry for a few more minutes. Then we pour water and boil for 15 minutes.

3. Add spices and pour coconut milk. Cook another 7-8 minutes and puree the soup with an electric food processor until it has a creamy consistency.

4. Chop the spinach and add it to the pureed soup. Garnish with sesame seeds.

Sweet Potato Broccoli Soup

ingredient:

  • 1 medium-sized broccoli;
  • 2 medium-sized sweet potatoes (sweet potatoes);
  • 1 can of coconut “milk”;
  • 1 large onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 teaspoons. spoon of oil (for frying);
  • 2 glasses of hot water;
  • 1 tea. spoon of salt;
  • 1/2 tea. spoon of black pepper;
  • 1/4 tea. spoon of chili powder;
  • 2 teaspoons. spoon of almond or coconut flour.

Make:

1. Wash the potatoes and boil them with the skin.

2. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the chopped onion and garlic for about 2-3 minutes.

3. Wash the broccoli, chop it and add it to the pot with the onion. Stir and cook for a few more minutes. Then pour all the water, reduce the heat and let it cook for another 10 minutes.

4. Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into cubes, add them to the boiled broccoli and cook for another 3 minutes. Then add spices, flour, pour coconut “milk” and cook for another 5 minutes. You can feel that some spices are missing.

5. Boil the soup with an electric chopper (blender) and season with your favorite seeds.
