Actually, I used homemade frozen tomatoes for the soup. I freeze perfectly cooked tomatoes in the summer – perfect for seasoning stews and soups. The choice that worked for me.

After removing the tomatoes from the room, I just pour hot water over them, easily and quickly peel off the skin, cut and use wherever I want to add flavor to the dish with tomatoes.

Hashlama

You will need:

  • 1 kg beef bones for soup;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 pepper;
  • 1 hot pepper;
  • 1 year sh. rice;
  • 1 can of canned peanuts;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 2 bay leaves;
  • 4-6 potatoes;
  • salt to taste;
  • a pinch of black pepper;
  • 2 liters of water;
  • 1 year sh. oil.

How to do it

Peel the vegetables. Carrots are cut into slices, onions into rings, and garlic is chopped. Heat oil in a pan. We add onions, carrots, garlic and fry until the vegetables are soft.

We add peeled tomatoes (I used homemade, frozen tomatoes. I pour hot water over them and peeled off the skin) and chopped hot pepper, saute for about 10 minutes.

Add beef bones, cover with water. Add bay leaves, pepper and cook for 1-1.5 hours. Add cubed potatoes and rice. Boil for another 15-20 minutes. Season with salt, add the beans. Heat until boiling.

Pour into a bowl and enjoy.
