Spring cannot be imagined without this dish: sorrel soup with pork

And now about the most delicious soup in spring, of course, sorrel. This time I cooked it with pork. Try it, maybe you’ll like it too.

Vegetable soup with pork

From the specified amount of products, you will prepare 4 parts, it will take about 40 minutes.

Products needed:

  • 4 potatoes;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 2 handfuls of sorrel;
  • 2 eggs;
  • salt to taste;
  • a pinch of black pepper;
  • 2 bay leaves;
  • 70 g of smoked pork;
  • 2 liters of water;
  • sour cream as needed.

How to do it

Boil eggs. Peel vegetables. We cut the potatoes into cubes, put them in a pot, cover with water and heat until it boils. Add salt, pepper and bay leaves to the soup.

Cut carrots into slices or grate, chop onions and garlic. Cut the pork into small cubes.

Add the pork to the pan and fry until tender. Then add the chopped vegetables and fry for a few minutes. Pour the contents of the pan into the pan.

Boil for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are soft.

We cut the sorrel into small pieces. We cleaned the eggs and also cut them. Add the sorrel and eggs to the pot. We heat up.

Pour into a bowl. Garnish with sour cream.
