Spicy beef soup is delicious, hearty and comforting

And the soup is really tasty, hearty and I would say warm. And there won’t be many delicious soup recipes.

Serves 4. It will take about 1 hour.

Products needed:

  • 500 g of beef;
  • 1 paprika;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 year sh. olive oil;
  • 1 hot pepper;
  • 1 can of canned tomatoes;
  • 1 can of canned red beans;
  • 3 sheets of lasagna;
  • 1.5 l of water;
  • 50 g of hard cheese;
  • salt to taste;
  • a pinch of pepper;
  • 2 bay leaves.

How to do it

We clean and wash the vegetables. Carrots cut into slices, onion and garlic into small cubes, pepper into slices, and hot pepper into slices.

We heat oil in a pan. Add carrots, onions and garlic. Heat until the smell spreads. Add pepper. Heat for a few minutes, add the meat. Fry for a few minutes until the meat changes color and browns slightly. We pour tomato sauce and fry a little.

We cut the macaroni into pieces of the desired size. We add it to the soup. Season with salt, pepper, bay leaf, and add water. Simmer the soup for about 20 minutes.

Add beans, grate cheese. We boil it again. And we love delicious and aromatic soups.
