Mushroom soup and meatballs with melted cheese: simple, tasty and delicious

Mushroom soup and meatballs

Serves 4. It will take about 30 minutes.

You will need:

  • 6-8 mushrooms;
  • 3 potatoes;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 pair;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 30 g of butter;
  • 2 bay leaves;
  • a pinch of black pepper;
  • salt to taste;
  • 3 years sh. melted cheese;
  • 2 l of water or broth;
  • 400 g minced pork;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1st century sh. minced meat spices;
  • 1 year sh. chopped dill;
  • 1 year sh. chopped onion leaves.

How to do it

Beat the egg into the minced pork, add salt and spices to the minced meat. We mix the mass well.

We clean and wash the vegetables. Onions, onions and garlic cut into small slices, grate carrots. Champignons cut into slices, and potatoes into small pieces.

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add chopped onions, shallots, garlic and carrots. Fry until the vegetables are slightly soft. Add champignons. Fry for a few minutes. Pour water, add potatoes and bay leaves.

After the soup boils, we form bite-sized balls of minced pork and add them to the soup. Boil for about 15-20 minutes. Season with salt, herbs, and add melted cheese. We boil everything again.

Pour into a bowl and taste.
