“This year, the popularity of the product remained the same. However, onion sales doubled, we sold carrots three times, Lithuanian potato demand increased by almost a tenth, buckwheat by a quarter, and pearl barley by more than ten percentage points.

Cabbage also contains a lot of vitamin C and is healthy for the skin, eyes, and heart. They are rich in antioxidants, which even neutralize cancer-causing agents in the body.

For 4 servings you will need:

  • glasses of pearl grain;
  • 3 medium-sized potatoes;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 1 onion;
  • a handful of green vegetables;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • pepper;
  • 1 year sh. oil.

Pour pearl millet with water, let it stand overnight. Before cooking, drain the water and wash the seeds. Then heat the oil in a pan, fry the chopped onions and carrots. Pour the water over the vegetables, add the semolina and cook for half an hour until everything is soft.

Add the chopped potatoes and spices to the pot and cook for 15 minutes. When the potatoes are soft, add the greens. Finish cooking and you can season the soup with sour cream before serving.

Fresh cabbage and rice soup

For 4 servings you will need:

  • 1 year sh. oil;
  • 500 g of kohlrabi;
  • 2 onions;
